When Should I Arrive? To ensure your spa experience is as therapeutic and relaxing as possible, we request you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This half hour allows time to fill out necessary paperwork and enjoy our lounges, saunas and steam rooms while setting the unhurried and relaxed tone for the treatments that follow.
What If I'm Late For My Appointment? Arriving late will limit the time of your service, thus decreasing the effectiveness & your enjoyment. Your treatment will still end on time so the next guest is not delayed - the full value of your treatment will be charged.
What Is The Cancellation Policy? To avoid being charged for scheduled service, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Please call us if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged in full. A Cavalier/Marriott room number or credit card number is required at the time of booking. All prices and services are subject to change without notice.
What Should I Wear? Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Your body is fully draped during all treatments with the exception of the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided and lockers are available for your personal items, however, we encourage you NOT to bring any valuables.
What About My Comfort? Whether it’s the room temperature, the massage pressure, or the music volume, please let us know your preferences. We will tailor your treatments accordingly so that your time with us is as pleasant as possible.
Is Gratuity Included? For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to each spa service received. The service charge will be dispersed to the spa staff members who served you during your visit. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.
Gift Certificate Policy: All gift certificates hold 100% value until 1 year from date of purchase and are fully transferable within that 1 year period not extending the original expiration date. After 1 year from purchase, the gift cards value will start to depreciate as follows:
Any gift card redeemed after 12 months post expiration will hold a 15% value until it becomes void. After 5 years from purchase date, gift cards are void. Gift cards are non-refundable & not redeemable for cash. Purchase online and print or email to recipient. We will also be more than happy to mail one to the recipient for an additional $3.95.
Do I Have Access To The Spas Amenities? Yes, guests with spa services that begin prior to 2pm have access to the spa & its amenities from open until 2pm. Guests with services that commence after 2pm would have spa access from 2pm until close. This does not include salon and nail services. In an effort to maintain the best guest experience for all, we will not be offering individual day passes.
Should I Shave Before A Treatment? Shaving is recommended for men prior to a facial but is not a prerequisite for the service. If you do shave, we recommend at least 8 hours between shave and service to prevent irritation of the skin. Shaving is NOT recommended prior to any of our body treatments or hair removal services.
What If I Have Special Health Concerns? Please notify our Spa Concierge at time of booking if you have high blood pressure, allergies, disabilities, or if you are pregnant or nursing. Your well-being is paramount, so if you experience discomfort at any time during your services, please advise your spa professional immediately.
What If I Am Pregnant? While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our Spa Concierge if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance.
What About My Valuables? The spa is a place to leave the world behind, and that includes your valuables. We recommend you leave them in your hotel room or at home. We offer lockers for our spa guests, however, we do NOT take responsibility for any lost valuables or items left at the spa.
Is There A Minimum Age For Treatments? SeaHill Spa welcomes guests 18 years of age and older. Minors may receive salon services provided they are accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the service.
How Far In Advance Should I Schedule An Appointment? We encourage any resort spa guests to book at least 10-12 weeks in advance. Appointment times will be staggered and we will only allow a maximum of four treatments to be scheduled at one time allowing for the best guest experience. Group bookings, primarily of four or more, will be encouraged to schedule early morning services.
